Laser printers have been the workhorse of offices for years, and for good reason. They're fast, they're reliable, and the cost per page is hard to beat if you print more than a couple hundred sheets a month. Unlike inkjet models, laser printers use toner cartridges that don't dry out when you leave the machine sitting for a few weeks. That alone makes them a better fit for a lot of people.
We carry a range of models here, from entry-level monochrome units to high-end color LaserJets with duplex printing and wireless connectivity. If you just need clean black text on white paper, a basic monochrome printer will handle that for years without much fuss. But if you're printing client proposals, marketing materials, or anything where color matters, the Color LaserJet Pro line delivers surprisingly sharp output.
One thing worth knowing. Print speed numbers on spec sheets are measured under ideal conditions. Real-world speeds are a bit slower, especially for the first page out of sleep mode. That said, most of the LaserJets we sell print between 22 and 40 pages per minute, which is plenty fast for typical office use.
Paper capacity is another thing to think about. A 150-sheet tray means you're refilling it twice a week in a busy office. Bump up to a 250-sheet tray and you've got more breathing room. Some models support optional second trays if you really want to load up.
