These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and CAPTAIN TECH USA LLC (d/b/a Laser Pro Guide). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders and pricing: All HP LaserJet printers listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limits on quantity. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless otherwise stated. Order confirmation emails are not acceptance — your order is accepted when it ships.

Shipping and delivery: Delivery times and carrier options are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds: Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging within the eligible return window.

Warranties and limitation of liability: HP LaserJet printers carry the manufacturer's warranty as supplied by HP. Except as required by law, the site, content, and products are provided "as is" without additional warranties from us. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
