Laser Pro Guide started as a pretty simple idea. We noticed that buying a printer online was weirdly confusing. You'd search for "best office printer" and end up on some review site that listed 47 options ranked by criteria that didn't match how anyone actually uses a printer. So we decided to do something about it.
We're a small team based out of Fishers, Indiana. Our parent company is CAPTAIN TECH USA LLC, and we operate entirely online. No retail stores, no warehouse showroom. Just a website where you can find the right printer, learn how to use it, and get help when something goes sideways.
What makes us different from the big-box stores? Honestly, it's the guides. We don't just sell you a printer and wish you luck. We've written detailed setup walkthroughs, troubleshooting articles, and maintenance tips for the models we carry. Our team tests the printers ourselves, so when we say the setup takes about 15 minutes, we actually mean it. We've done it.
We focus on LaserJets, InkJets, Color LaserJets, and multifunction models. These printers have been refined over decades and the newer models are genuinely solid. Reliable, well-supported, and the toner cartridges are easy to find. We've tried carrying other brands in the past, but the lineup we carry covers such a wide range that it made more sense to specialize.
Our goal isn't to be the biggest printer store on the internet. It's to be the most useful one. We want you to find what you need quickly, understand what you're buying, and feel confident that you made a good choice. And if something goes wrong after your purchase, we want to help you fix it without the runaround.
