Email is the easiest way for most things. Send us a note at support@laserproguide.com and you'll hear back within one business day, usually sooner. If it's about an existing order, include your order number so we can look it up right away. For product questions, let us know what you're trying to accomplish and we'll point you toward the right model or guide.

Prefer to talk on the phone? Call us at (518) 417-1344. We're available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. If you get voicemail, leave a message with your name and number and we'll call you back. We're a small team so occasionally we're all tied up helping other customers, but we don't let calls go unreturned.

Our mailing address is 11 Municipal Dr UNIT 200, Fishers, IN 46038. We don't have a walk-in location, but if you need to send something by mail, that's where it goes. Just note that returns should follow our return process, which you can find on the refund policy page.
