Laser Pro Guide stands behind every HP LaserJet printer we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and toner cartridges. Items that have been damaged through misuse, dropped, exposed to water, or that show signs of installation beyond initial setup are not eligible. Personalized, opened consumables, and special-order items may not be returnable — we will note this on the product page.

How to start a return: Email contact@laserproguide.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions within one business day. Do not send items back without an RMA — they may not be processed.

Return shipping: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend insuring the package and using a trackable carrier — we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns.

Damaged or defective items: Inspect your printer upon delivery. If it arrived damaged or is defective on first use, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. Questions? Email contact@laserproguide.com.
