Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don't work out. Maybe the printer doesn't fit your needs, or it arrived with an issue. Here's how our return process works.

You've got 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product needs to be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. If you've already printed a few hundred pages and decided you don't like it, that's a bit trickier, but reach out and we'll work something out if we can.

To start a return, email us at enquiry@captaintechusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how to ship it back. We try to make this as painless as possible. Nobody likes dealing with returns, us included, so we keep the process simple.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We issue refunds to the original payment method.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, that's a different story. Contact us right away and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Take a photo of the damage before you pack it back up, it makes the process faster on our end.
