Shipping Policy

We keep shipping simple. Every order ships with fast, reliable delivery within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after you place them. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days from there, depending on where you're located. If you're in Texas, you might see it in 2 or 3 days. East coast or west coast, it's usually closer to 5 to 7.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. We use major carriers for all our shipments, so tracking updates are usually pretty reliable. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, give it a little time. Sometimes there's a lag between when the package moves and when the system reflects that.

We don't currently ship internationally. All orders must have a delivery address within the US. If you're outside the country and interested in one of our products, reach out and we can let you know if we're able to make an exception, but no promises on that one.

Large printers ship in their original manufacturer packaging inside an outer shipping box for protection. We've had very few issues with damage during transit, but if your printer arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll handle it quickly through our return and refund process. Don't refuse the package at the door because that can actually slow things down. Accept it, take photos of the damage, and reach out.
