Shipping Policy and Delivery Details

Laser Pro Guide ships HP LaserJet printers to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery typically arriving within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping methods: We use major U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier and service level for your order is selected based on package size, weight, destination, and the speed you choose at checkout. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your label is created.

Shipping costs: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Many of our HP LaserJet printers qualify for free standard shipping — eligibility is shown on the product page and at checkout. Expedited and overnight options are available for an additional fee.

Order processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes (for large items), or international destinations at this time.

Delivery and signature: Most orders are delivered without a signature. Larger or higher-value items may require a signature on delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us.

Damaged or lost shipments: If your printer arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact us within 7 days at contact@laserproguide.com. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
